Dr. Zhing Zhang has been sponsored by the Silver Cloud University’s exchange visitor program as a visiting scholar in the Department of Biology. As part of his exchange program, Dr. Zhang will give several lectures at Gold Flower University from March 27, 2019, through April 4, 2019. I have reviewed the materials related to these lectures and have consulted appropriate persons at the Department of Biology at Silver Cloud University. Based on that, I have determined that such a series of lectures are appropriate, and it satisfies the criteria set forth in 22 CFR 514.29(g)(1). I hereby give permission to Dr. Zhang to conduct this series of lectures at Gold Flower University and to receive remuneration for the same.
